In order to help you choose the Internet plan that best suits your needs here is a brief description of the business plans we offer:

High-Speed Cable Internet for business - Basic Biz-NET plan.
Our most economical business Internet plan. Basic Biz-NET gets your company online with 4 email accounts, personal web space and 2 IP addresses. Depending on how you network your computers you can have many computers online at the same time through this access plan. For more information on networking visit our "helpful tips" section located in the Cable Internetsection of our website. Basic Biz-NET costs $54.95 per month including the rental of the Cable cable modem. If you purchase your modem you can save $5.00 per month off the monthly rate.

High-Speed Cable Internet for business - Small Office/Home Office plan
Our SOHO plan delivers everything that the Basic Biz-NET plan delivers but also includes domain hosting. A domain name is usually the name of the business itself. For instance, if you do not own your own domain your email addresses would be: yourbusiness@monarch.net.
For customers who own their own domain, your email addresses would be:
yourname@yourbusiness.com

SOHO - bundle just $69.95 per month.
Combines CityWest's SOHO - Business Internet Plan with Basic Cable TV (regularly $99.44 per month) for just $69.95 per month. This price includes the rental of the cable modem. Businesses who purchase the cable modem will save an additional $5.00 per month off the bundled price.

High-Speed Cable Internet for business - Plus plan.
The Cable Plus plan delivers 20% more bandwidth than the SOHO or Basic Biz-NET plans. This means that your average speeds are even higher with the Plus plan. Plus plan also includes domain hosting, more emails, more personal web space, plus it includes 3 static IP addresses. Certain software, and networking designs require a Static IP. A "static" IP means that your IP address is assigned to your account and anytime you connect to the Internet you use the same IP. Cable Plus is priced at $100 per month including the rental of the Cable modem. If you purchase the cable modem, you'll save $5.00 per month.

High-Speed Cable Internet for business - Pro Plan.
With the Pro plan, now you're really getting serious. The Pro plan delivers 40% more downstream bandwidth than the SOHO or Basic-Biz-NET plans, and 66% more upstream bandwidth than either of those 2 plans. Pro also delivers more emails, more web space, 8 Static IP addresses, domain hosting, and email server hosting. All for $150 per month including the rental of the cable modem. If you purchase the cable modem you'll save $5.00 per month.

Cable Internet for business - options.
The following is a list of additional options you have to personalize any of the above plans for your specific needs:
Add a Static IP address to any plan for $20 per month.
Add a dynamic IP address to any plan for $10 per month.
Add additional emails to any plan for $5 per month.
Add 10 emails to any plan for $25 per month.
Add 15 MB of web space for $15 per month.
Add the Power-User option for unlimited monthly traffic to your Basic Biz-NET or SOHO plan for $40 per month, $50 for Pro, and $60 for Plus.
