CityWest TV-10 is your community channel located on channel 10. TV-10 has always been a great way to get plugged into your community or to share your ideas.

The staff and volunteers at TV-10 work tirelessly to create an open access channel. Open access means that we want locals to share your perspective and to get involved with the channel.

The CityWest TV-10 studio is located in Terrace, B.C. and is equipped with the latest digital equipment from cameras, to editing suites and a mobile production vehicle. CityWest Cable TV-10 offers editing and reporting workshops for interested TV-10 volunteers.

CityWest TV-10 is a non-profit service. We feel that investing in a strong and engaging TV-10 is a benefit to your community as a whole since it provides you with more local coverage of events that touch your lives. In this respect, we believe that TV-10 offers television that really matters.

TV-10 is an important part of your community in that it offers valuable exposure for non-profits, and local events that might not otherwise be covered on television. Beyond this invaluable exposure, TV-10 also helps raise money for worthy causes through programs like telethons.

CityWest TV-10 is just one more way that CityWest is your Northwest Connection.

Programming ideas
If you have an idea for programming or if you are planning an event that you feel should be covered by TV-10, contact us.

Some of the points that we will consider with each request are:
Does it meet or conflict with the regulatory requirements for community television?
Is this event or issue relevant to the community?
Is it in keeping with our focus of remaining home grown and current?
Can we provide appropriate coverage with available resources?
Do we have sufficient preparation time?
Are you able to assist with production support? (i.e. crew support).
